Orders received by your normal cutoff time Monday – Friday ship same day.

Our system will be down for scheduled maintenance daily from 1:30 am to 3:30 am EST. We cannot accept orders during this time.

Electronic Orders: Bookazine has the capability to accept EDI orders via FTP and the following software: Square1, Book Manager, Basil, WordStock, IBID, Booklog, Advantis, Computac, Anthology, Books-In-Store or P.O.E.T.S, and similar programs. Contact your Bookazine sales representative for more information. Customers who have placed electronic orders that fail to meet minimums will receive a message on their confirmation that Bookazine is unable to ship the order.

As many of you know our highly anticipated, new and improved website has been launched. To create ease when ordering from our warehouses via our website, you can now find a warehouse option in the 'Advanced Search/Bulk Upload' tab at the top of your screen. You can click on 'Primary' if you choose to receive only shipments from our primary warehouse; 'Secondary,' to exclusively receive shipments from our secondary warehouse; or 'Both' to receive shipments from both our primary and secondary warehouses. This new feature will allow you more control over shipments than previously available before. We hope it serves your needs.
